Stage your home to sell your home.
The main reason you want to stage your home is because you want to sell your home. Whether you are selling the home to a real estate buyer or to an air bnb guest, the property needs to look great, feel inviting, and portray idealistic comfort.
Here are few other points to consider:
You only get one chance to make a first impression.
First impressions are everything. Realistically- these days most first impressions are going to be made to buyers online. Your online home listing will either entice buyers to view your home- or it won’t. Staging a home before taking the listing photos will make it look better on the internet and will attract more buyers.
Popular listings are shared and linked to more often. Increasing the visibility of your home online increases your number of potential buyers- likely resulting in quicker sales at higher sales prices.
Additionally; should a first impression be made in person during an open house or a property tour, having the home staged will make a much better impression on potential buyers. Again- likely leading to more offers.
Accentuate the good. Mask the bad.
Proper staging will enhance and create focus on the positive aspects of the property while reducing the impact of any negative attributes.
Neutralize the space.
Presenting a property in a neutral way removes that lived in feeling. If a space presents a neutral feeling, smell, and look- a buyer is more capable of visualizing themselves in that space.
Appeal to the Senses.
Allowing buyers to visualize themselves living in the space during open houses or other property tours is essential. When buyers visualize themselves in the space they are more likely to buy. Utilizing home staging to neutralize the space and appeal to peoples senses- offers a chance of emotional appeal as well.
Encourage Emotional Attachment.
A well staged home is designed so that visitors can easily imagine living in it. We work with spaces to make them appeal to buyers, entice their senses, and encourage the buyer to become emotionally attached. Emotionally attached buyers are much more likely to make an offer.
Multiple offers can result in competitive offers. Of course, when buyers compete, properties sell at higher prices.
Staged homes sell faster with higher offers from buyers. It really is just that simple.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I have to move out of my house?
As vacant homes sell faster, we strongly encourage sellers to vacate a house before putting it on the market. You really should move all people, animals, and belongings out of your house if you are going to sell it.
Do you stage every room in the house?
We can. When we do stage every room- your home is more likely to sell at its best price. We also offer partial staging services where we stage a few key areas of the home to enhance a sales listing.
What if home improvements are needed?
If you know home improvements are required and want some help making decisions, you should have us provide an interior design consultation prior to considering home staging.
At your consultation, we will bring up areas of improvement that should be prioritized and considered. Our design team can suggest any decorative improvements and we will work with contractors on your behalf for larger remodels.
Are you bonded/insured?
Yes we are bonded and insured.

What does home staging cost?
Cost varies dependent on each home and what is required to get it staged. We have several ways of working with people which are outlined below.
Pricing
Each home varies in price dependent on a variety of factors and levels of service. If you are interested in getting a price from us to stage your home please contact us.
Level of Service
In Home Staging Consultation:
An in home staging consultation is a great and low cost way to get started. We charge a $500 fee for a consultation. After the consultation we will provide you with our suggestions regarding what items should be addressed to prepare your home for sale and costs/options for staging services from us. You will have no obligation beyond the initial consultation cost.
Premiere Vacant Home Staging
Our premiere staging program is for people who want Rooms & Blooms to handle the home staging & design with the least impact on themselves. We select the decor and furniture, deliver it to the house, place it in the house, and remove all decor when your house sells.
If you have a vacant home, you are eligible to take part in our Sales Partnership Agreement which means zero up front costs to you for monthly staging fees.
Full Service Staging
Full Service staging is available to people who want us to provide staging in a vacant home, a lived in home, or for folks who are interested in having us provide partial staging in a home. We select the decor and furniture, deliver it to the house, place it in the house, and remove all decor when your house sells. This is eligible for our Traditional Service Agreement.
DIY Staging
If you want a little more control over the process, our do it yourself program allows you to pick your furniture and make your own placements in your home. You can either pick the rental furniture up at our warehouse (covered truck or trailer required) or you can choose to have us deliver and place items at your direction. This is eligible for our Traditional Service Agreement.
Payment
Sales Partnership Agreement or a Traditional Service Agreement.
Sales Partnership Agreement.
It is quite simple. After our initial home staging consultation, we partner with you to sell your vacant home no matter how long it is on the active market.
We require no money up front. If your house does not sell, then you will pay nothing. If the house does sell, we get paid when the sale closes. You take no risk for home staging costs- and get a chance to sell your home faster for more money.
Traditional Service Agreement.
If you are looking for more of a traditional method where you would shoulder the up front cost for home staging costs we can work with you.
You pay up front for our services, rentals, and subsequent monthly rentals until your home sells. You can call off our staging services at any time and we will remove the items as soon as is feasible based on our current workload.
